By downloading, installing, or using the Flexion mobile application ("Service," "App," or "Flexion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Flexion is an AI-powered exercise form analysis application that provides:
- • AI-powered workout form analysis using video technology
- • Personalized coaching feedback and improvement recommendations
- • Exercise form guidance and technique optimization
- • Monthly usage tracking (5 form analyses per month for free users)
ELIGIBILITY
- • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service
- • Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent
- • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Fitness Disclaimer: Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have health conditions or concerns.
USER ACCOUNTS
Account Registration
- • You may sign up using Apple ID, Google account, or email
- • You are responsible for all activities under your account
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Account Security
- • Keep your login credentials confidential
- • Use strong passwords and enable available security features
- • Report security breaches immediately
ACCEPTABLE USE
You MAY:
- • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial form analysis purposes
- • Record workout videos for AI form analysis
- • Receive personalized coaching feedback
- • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements
You MAY NOT:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- • Share your account credentials with others
- • Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
- • Upload videos containing nudity or inappropriate content
- • Attempt to access other users' private data
- • Exceed usage limits through technical manipulation
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your Content
- • You retain ownership of videos, photos, and data you upload
- • You grant us a limited license to process your content for Service functionality
- • You represent that you have rights to all content you upload
- • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
Our Content
- • The Flexion app, including design, code, and AI models, is our intellectual property
- • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
- • Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
- • Form analysis algorithms and coaching content are our proprietary assets
AI-Generated Content
- • AI form analysis and coaching advice are provided "as is"
- • Results may vary and should not replace professional fitness guidance
- • We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Current Free Service
- • Form analysis is currently provided with monthly usage limits (5 analyses per month)
- • Additional features may be introduced in the future
Future Paid Features
- • The Service may introduce subscription plans or premium features
- • Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase
- • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
- • Refunds will be processed according to applicable app store policies
Third-Party Payment Processing
- • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- • We do not store your payment information
- • Billing disputes should be directed to the respective app store
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Medical Disclaimer
- • Flexion is for informational and educational purposes only
- • Our AI analysis and coaching are not medical advice
- • Consult healthcare professionals before starting fitness programs
- • Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
Fitness Risks
- • Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
- • You assume full responsibility for your fitness activities
- • Use proper form and appropriate weights for your fitness level
- • Ensure safe workout environments and adequate supervision
AI Analysis Limitations
- • AI form analysis is not a substitute for professional training
- • Results are based on computer vision and may not catch all form issues
- • Use AI feedback in conjunction with professional guidance when possible
Emergency Situations
- • Flexion cannot detect medical emergencies
- • Seek immediate medical attention for serious injuries
- • Have emergency contacts and procedures in place during workouts
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Service integrates with third-party providers:
- • Authentication: Apple ID, Google Sign-In
- • Backend Services: Supabase for data storage
- • AI Processing: OpenAI for form analysis and coaching
- • App Stores: Apple App Store, Google Play Store
We are not responsible for third-party service availability, privacy practices, or terms of use.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Service Provision
- • We strive to provide reliable, continuous service
- • Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
- • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion

- • Service availability may vary by location
- • Some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions
- • We comply with applicable local laws and regulations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- • FITNESS DISCLAIMERS: We make no guarantees about fitness results or injury prevention
- • AI ACCURACY: We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI analysis
- • LIMITED LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months
- • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • FITNESS INJURIES: We are not liable for injuries resulting from exercise or use of our recommendations
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- • Content you upload or share
- • Your fitness activities and any resulting injuries
TERMINATION
By You
- • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings

- • You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Effect of Termination
- • Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- • We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy
- • Provisions that should survive termination (liability, indemnification) remain in effect
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flexion.

Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliates or in business transfers.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you downloaded Flexion from the Apple App Store, these additional terms apply:

- • Apple is not responsible for the Service or support

- • You represent that you are not in a country subject to U.S. embargo
Google Play Store
If you downloaded Flexion from Google Play, these additional terms apply:
- • These Terms are between you and us, not Google
- • Google is not responsible for the Service or support
- • Google Play terms of service also apply to your use
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using Flexion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
